I hereby apply for admission to The College of Accounting Technicians and for my name to be entered into the register of Accounting Technicians (South Africa) of this body - designations described in Part D, paragraph 36.1 of SAICA bylaws - believing myself to be a fit and proper person to be admitted as an Associate of SAICA and being not less than eighteen years of age.
